  1. You will first need to log in to your SkipThePaper Account.

    If you do not have a SkipThePaper account, you can apply for one by following this link.


  2. Once you have logged in, click on the Submit New Application link:
  3. You will be directed to a new page.  On that page type in the word "king" and click on the search button:
  4. You will then be presented with a list of King County applications to select from:
  5. From the list select the application to submit, and then click on the  icon.

    If you previously setup your certification types with associated certification numbers, you will be presented with an option to select which certification to associate to the application submitted.  For example, if you are applying for your Master Installer Certification Renewal, you can select your Master Installer location from the list and it will auto-associate your installer certification information to your application:

  6. You will then be directed to the application selected to complete:
