The following instructions are presented for property owners in Thurston County, WA who are reporting their Operational Certificate Septic System Report.

1. First navigate to www.onlinerme.com/contractorsearchproperty.aspx
   
   
2. Next ensure that the search county selected is "Thurston" and then enter your street number and your street name:
   
   
   

3. If your property search results in more than 1 result, find your property in the list and click on the looking glass icon which corresponds with it:
    

    

4. Once you have made it to your property, first click on the "Submit Work - Application" link, enter your Owner Cert ID, and then click the continue button:
    

   If you have not been issued your Owner Certification ID, you may not report through OnlineRME. Please contact Thurston County Public Health at (360) 867-2626 for more information.

5. After your Owner Certification ID has been verified successfully you will be directed to a new page, which is where you enter your septic system report.  Complete all of the required fields:
   
6. Click "Submit Application":
   
7. Upon successful submittal you will be presented a receipt/confirmation page:
   
8. You will also receive an email from noreply@skipthepaper.com which will include a link to the submitted report:
   
9. You may receive additional emails from noreply@skipthepaper.com if Thurston County Public Health staff add a comment or change the status of your submittal.
   
   
10. Once Thurston County Public Health staff have reviewed your report they will complete it and you will receive a final email from noreply@skipthepaper.com which will include all of the final documents documents.
