Workflow Management

Within SkipThePaper there are work flow management tools.  These tools include:

  • Viewing applications received

 

  • Within the management grid the user can view the status:
    1.  Application In Review
    2.  Application Pending
    3.  Application On Hold
    4.  Application Complete
    5.  Application Denied

 

  • Assigning work to reviewers:


 

  • If the final documents have been generated, they may be viewed directly from the grid by clicking on the  icon.


  • Some applications do not need to be reviewed because of pre-qualified individuals submitting the application. If this is the case, the reviewer can simply click on the express button  which instantly moves the application into the status of complete, and emails the final documents off.


  • To view the full application the reviewer can click on the jump icon .  The user will then be directed to the application page:


  • While reviewing the application the reviewer add attachments by clicking on the paperclip icon .

  • To add a comment the reviewer would click on the comment icon .

 

  •  If there is a plugin associated to the application - for example - a food menu, the reviewer can edit the items and state that an item is not allowed.  

    This is done by clicking on the edit items icon: .  The reviewer will then be directed to a page where they can cross off items from the menu:



    Note:

    Please note: Plugins are developed custom for each application. Most applications do not include plugins.

  • Applications can be associated to an OnlineRME property. This will enable the application to be shown in the site history.


  • Applications may also have an ID associated to them for upload.  The ID entered is the matching ID that the county has on record for the applicant (For example a temporary food event vendor).
