Viewing Site Inspection Reports

To view public records (where applicable) or your work history submitted:

1. Search and identify the property you want to view history for.

2. Select Service History from the menu to the left side of the page.

3. Click on the report icon

   Open

   

    for the report you desire to view.

4. The report will open as an Adobe Acrobat PDF document.

To view reports in ADA accessible / web view mode, click on the checkbox
