Setting up properties for Short Term Rentals

  1. Search and locate the property that you are setting up for reporting. If the property is not in the system, add it and then follow the next step.

  2. On the Site Details page, you will need to update the Classification field to Short Term Rental:

  3. Update the field, and click on the “Update Site Details” button:

It is important to note that if the property is identified as a Short Term Rental and this setting has not been established, the county fee will not be assessed and processed.
