OSS: Deficient Last Inspection Export

This report provides an XLS export.  

 

The following information will be provided within the export, for any inspection and component that has a deficiency.  

NOTE

If there is greater than 1 component with a deficiency on an inspection report, then the report will be listed twice, identifying both components as deficient.

The exported information is as follows:

  1. Jurisdiction ID

  2. Last Inspection Date

  3. Last Inspection Type

  4. Component

  5. Component Type

  6. Deficient Question

  7. Hi-Pri Deficiency (0 = No, 1 = Yes)

  8. Service Company

  9. Property Address

  10. City

  11. Assignment Area

  12. Manufacturer

  13. Model

  14. Serial Number

  15. Property Owne

  16. Owner Mail Address

  17. Owner Mail City

  18. Owner Mail State

  19. Owner Mail Zip

  20. Report Link

  21. Data Export Date
