Entering FOG Service Activity
To submit a Fog Service activity:
- Search, identify and go to the facility page:
Verify the FOG Components:
Note:
If the FOG components are not setup, add them to the site by following these instructions.
The components should look something like this when setup:- Next, submit the activity by clicking on the Submit Work, FOG Service Activity menu item:
- Enter the Service Date, and answer the appropriate questions:
- Enter any necessary comments:
- If you are using the OnlineRME Scheduler, enter the next service date:
- Click the button.
- Once you are satisfied with your data entry, lock the report:
After the report has been locked the FOG Regulator has access to it. Additionally, the client will have access through the public records search.

All service history for the site is available to view at any time through the site service history:
