Entering FOG Service Activity

To submit a Fog Service activity:

  1. Search, identify and go to the facility page:
  2. Verify the FOG Components:

    Note:

    If the FOG components are not setup, add them to the site by following these instructions.


    The components should look something like this when setup:



  3. Next, submit the activity by clicking on the Submit Work, FOG Service Activity menu item:
  4. Enter the Service Date, and answer the appropriate questions: 
  5. Enter any necessary comments:
  6. If you are using the OnlineRME Scheduler, enter the next service date:
  7. Click the  button.
  8. Once you are satisfied with your data entry, lock the report:


After the report has been locked the FOG Regulator has access to it.  Additionally, the client will have access through the public records search.
