Hiding Comments from Final Reports

Application Managers can hide specific comments from final reports to remove transitory information while retaining full comment history within the web application. By clicking the eye icon in the comment history, managers can toggle visibility, with hidden comments appearing with a slash through the icon.

Please note - hiding comments only excludes them from the final report. Comments are saved within the web application view for future reference.

 

Using the Comment History shown below, follow these steps to hide the first and second entries from appearing on the final report.

To hide a comment from the final report, click the eye icon.

The Visibility Settings page will appear, allowing you to choose which comments to exclude.

Click the eye icon so it appears with a slash to hide the comment.

Click the Back To Application View link to return to the application.

The application view will now display a slashed eye icon next to all hidden comments.

These comments will not be shown on the final report.

Only Applicant Managers may exclude comments from the final report
