  1. Search for the property for the event to be scheduled.

  2. Select Schedule > < Schedule an Event from the menu:
  3. NextClick the add event button:

  4. Define your event settings:
    1. Select Update the Start and End date for the event.
    2. Assign the event to a staff person (optional)
    3. Give the event a status (default is incomplete)
    4. Select a Category

    5. Click the "Add" button.Date and time.
    6. Optional - Enter a Subject.  (If left blank the default subject will be the category)
    7. Optional - Identify if the event is All Day or not.  (Default is No)
    8. Optional - Update the Duration.
    9. Optional - Assign it to an employee.
    10. Optional - Assign it to a category. (if you want the event to be associated to an event type, you need to assign it)
    11. Optional - Give it a description
    12. Optional - Repeat it as you prefer.

    13. To save the event settings click the Add button:

You can schedule reoccurring events by selecting the Repeats: drop down.
Warning

If you do not assign the Event Category to a category assigned to an inspection type, it will not show up on your service reports. For example, if you do not assign the event to "site service" when you run your inspections due report, the event will not show up.
