Image Modified and Image Modified are report icons. When clicked they will open up the Tank Pumping Report.   The icon with the pencil Image Modified indicates that there are notes on the report to read, and the one without the pencil Image Modified has no notes to read.

Image Removed and Image Removed are report icons. When clicked they will open up the Tank Pumping Report.   The icon with the pencil Image Removed indicates that there are notes on the report to read, and the one without the pencil Image Removed has no notes to read.

Deficient Reports 

Any OSS Sampling Report that has an exceedance will be shown in the deficiency list, ordered by submittal date.  Those reports will have the default grid background color:
