This export produces an Excel document.  The export requires a start and end date, and that a question is selected.

The export includes the following columns:

  1. Start Date
  2. End Date
  3. Service Date
  4. Component Service Status
  5. Question
  6. Answer
  7. Deficient (0 = No, 1 = Yes)
  8. Property ID
  9. Site Name
  10. Jurisdiction ID
  11. Property Address
  12. Property City
  13. Entity Name (Inspection Company
  14. Field Work Performed By
