Registering for OnlineRME - Lake County

Service Providers will need to register for OnlineRME so they may submit their inspection reports to the Lake County Public Health Agency.  To register, complete the registration form below.  You will then receive a confirmation email that we have received your request.  Once your request has been verified we will create your account and send you start-up documentation.  If your email uses spam guard, you'll need to authorize the following emails:
