  1. Login to your application manager account.
  2. On the manage submissions grid find the application you would like to refund and click on the view application  icon .
  3. Click on the "Refund" link:

    Applications can not be refunded if they are in the status of complete. Additionally, payments older than 6 months cannot be refunded through this process.



  4. Enter Comments, Select the fee to refund (1), accept the acknowledgment (2) and click refund (3):

    The applicant will receive an email notifying them of the refund. The email will contain your notes.



  5. You will receive notice that the refund was successful:
