Deleting, Refunding and Changing Services

On occasion an applicant may submit a duplicate application or select the incorrect service.  You as the application manager have 3 options on how to handle refunding of fees. The following instructions will show you how to:

  1. Delete & Refund an Application
  2. Refund an Application
  3. Refund and Change Service of an Application

    Note:

    If a Refund and Change of Service is initiated, the customer will receive notice of the change. If there are new fees due, the customer will need to login to their account and pay the new application fee(s).
