Refund an Application
To refund your application fees follow this process:
- Login to your application manager account.
- On the manage submissions grid find the application you would like to refund and click on the view application icon .
Click on the "Refund" link:
Please Note:
Applications can not be refunded if they are in the status of complete. Additionally, payments older than 6 months cannot be refunded through this process.
Enter Comments, Select the fee to refund (1), accept the acknowledgment (2) and click refund (3):
Please Note:
The applicant will receive an email notifying them of the refund. The email will contain your notes.
