Updated Features
- Manager can delete an application.
- If applicable all fees are refunded.
- Manager can refund application fees.
- When refunded, only the manager fees are refunded.
- OnlineRME fees are not refunded.
- Manager can change service.
- Original service fees are refunded to applicant.
- Applicant is emailed and notified service has been changed.
- Applicant is notified that re-payment is required.
- Applicant may login and re-pay their application fees.

- When the application has not been assigned a reviewer, the company name and phone number is listed on the application for contact information.

Bug Fixes
- Default attachments were not previewing in application web view mode or attaching to final document.
- Test applications were showing as live applications to applicants through their applicant account.
- Applications with end of application text causing error upon submittal.
