April 18th, 2014 Update

Updated Features

  1. Manager can delete an application.
    1. If applicable all fees are refunded.
  2. Manager can refund application fees.
    1. When refunded, only the manager fees are refunded.  
    2. OnlineRME fees are not refunded.
  3. Manager can change service.
    1. Original service fees are refunded to applicant.
    2. Applicant is emailed and notified service has been changed.
    3. Applicant is notified that re-payment is required.
    4. Applicant may login and re-pay their application fees.
  4. More descriptive error pages
    1. 404 page - page not found
    2. Error page - application has been deleted
    3. Error page - Error in software 
    4. Error page - illegal character entered
  5. Reviewer information updated.
    1. When the application has not been assigned a reviewer, the company name and phone number is listed on the application for contact information.
    2. When the application has been assigned a reviewer, the reviewer name, email and phone number is listed on the application for contact information.

Bug Fixes

  1. Default attachments were not previewing in application web view mode or attaching to final document.
  2. Test applications were showing as live applications to applicants through their applicant account.
  3. Applications with end of application text causing error upon submittal.
