PLEASE NOTE: Alarm Call and Correspondence tracking is viewable by your company only. At no time can another entity view your Alarm Call or Correspondence Information.

To enter an Onsite Sewage Alarm Call or Customer Correspondence Report the process is as follows:

First identify the property through the property search.

Once you have located the property that you will be entering the Alarm Call or Correspondence for:

 

1. Click on the "Submit Work" item in the main menu, which will expand the submittal options, where you will then click on either the "Alarm Call" or "Correspondence" item from the list. (diagram 2)

2. Enter the date of Action and any related comments (diagram 3).

3. Click on the "Submit" button after the information has been entered.

 

To view a history of the Alarm Calls or Correspondence to go the associated property, click on the "Site Work History" item to expand the menu and then select the "Alarm Calls or Correspondence" item (diagram 5).

You can edit the information here at any time without limits.
