On occasions an applicant may submit a duplicate application or they may select the incorrect service.  You as the application manager may also opt to refund your application fee and keep your application active.  The following instructions will show you how to:

  1. Delete & Refund an Application
  2. Refund an Application
  3. Refund and Change Service of an Application

    Note:

    If a Refund and Change of Service is initiated, the customer will receive notice of the change. If there are new fees due, the customer will need to login to their account and pay the new application fee(s).
