Understanding how the services work is important.  That is why we have created an extensive help system for both OnlineRME and SkipThePaper.  If you can't find what you need in the help center, then you just need to email us.  

 

What about your contractors?  We have been doing this for a long time.  We understand their needs and understand the best way to get them going.  What we have learned is that half of the service providers are tech savoy and will get started right away without much direction from us (they all get a start up email with instructions upon account setup).  For those who need a little help they can always contact us - support is free!  And for those who just need that extra edge, we can schedule times to do "web meetings" with them.  They will see our screen and we will see theirs.  This allows us to have a meeting like we are standing right next to them!  Nobody is left behind this way.
