Annual Maintenance Report Form for Short Term Rentals (STR)

To complete an Annual Maintenance Report Form for Short Term Rentals (STR), a logged in user may follow these steps.

Step One – Search and Locate the Property

Search for the property that you will be Submitting the STR report for. 

Step Two – Submit the STR Maintenance Report


Under the submit work menu, select the “Application” in the menu and click on Annual Maintenance Report form for Short Term Rentals. Here is what you should see:

  1. Enter in all of the appropriate details.


    Please Note

    You are the applicant. Make sure to enter your email otherwise you will not receive your finalized report when completed!

  2. Pay your fees. Each property sale has the county fee (see the county fee schedule) and a processing fee from OnlineRME. Your regular reporting fee applies to the inspection report, but is not included in this transaction as it will follow your regular fee processing schedules. Here is what you will see for the payment screen:

    Please Note

    If you opt to use your customers credit card information to make the payment, please inform them that there will be 2 seperate charges related to the transaction on their credit card statement.  One to Lincoln County and the other to OnlineRME, LLC.

  3. Upon submittal of your application you will get a receipt. Print that off if you wish:


    Once the county has finalized your report you will get an email with the final documents attached.  You will need to check your email. You will get an email from support@onlinerme.com. Here is what you should see:
