Setting Up Single Parcel Contracts

Contracts are setup to establish a property within your client list. To set a property as "contracted" you:

  1. Search for the property.
  2. After locating the proper property, click on the Contracts Tab:
     
  3. The next step is to choose the contract type:
  4. Next enter the optional and private information:
    1. Start Date
    2. End Date
    3. Price
    4. Frequency

  5. Click on the  button and the page will refresh showing that the contract has been entered.
     

Note:

You many add multiple contracts to a single property so long as they are "different" contract types.
