MRA Data Export

To export the property data and identify the current status of the MRA properties within OnlineRME follow these steps:

 

Process One: Export Data from OnlineRME:

  1. Login to OnlineRME
  2. Select Reports:
  3. From the drop-down list select "Property & Last Inspection Export:
  4. Click the  button.
  5. Your file will download as an .xls export.  


Process Two: Working with the Data in Microsoft Excel.

  1. Open the previously downloaded file in Microsoft Excel.
  2. Sort the data by column G (AssignmentArea) and column R (LastInspDate).  

    Note:

    Depending upon the version of Excel you are using, the buttons may be found in different locations.  The following is just an example, utilizing a version of Microsoft Excel.



    1. Locate the sort function button: 


    2. Select custom sort:


    3. Add 2 levels.  1st by AssignmentArea, Second by LastInspDate:

      Note:

      For the LastInspDate, be sure to change the Order to "Newest to Oldest". This will make it so that you can quickly select the properties that you wish to be part of your group.



    4. Run the filter, by clicking the  button.
       
  3. All of your data will now be sorted with the Marine Recovery Area properties at the top of the list:
  4. And the inspections will be sorted by most recent inspections:
  5. Now if you wish you limit your data set to just the MRA Properties, select the properties by hi-lighting the appropriate rows:
  6. Click control + C (Copy)
  7. Open a new spreadsheet.
  8. Click the top, left block in the column/row section which will automatically highlight your entire new spreadsheet:
  9. Click control + V (Paste)
  10. Your data will be copied to a clean sheet.

You now can do anything you want with your data.  Note that only properties where the contractor has entered the owner mailing name/address will be able to be included in any mail merges.
