Creating Data Plans

To create a data plan you must be first logged into your account.  Next click on the data export link:

To access your old exports or export data on old data created under archived applications created prior to this new export process click on the legacy export link:

From here you will be able to export data under the legacy data export process.

 

Click the Create New Plan link:

Next:

  1. Enter a Data Set Name
  2. Select the Application you would like to create the dataset on
  3. Click the show fields button:

Your result will look something like this:

Next use the tree menu to select which data related to the application you would like to have exported and then click the Create Data button:

Note:

You can select all of the application data by clicking the "Application" check-box or you can select just 1 question to be exported by expanding the "Questions" and then selecting the one you want. For example you can export the question "is the house is occupied?" only if that is the information are looking for. That would look something like this:

 

Once you have clicked the "Create Dataset" button your data set creation will be complete.
