Service History

Service History details the work performed at the site. Service history includes activities for:

From this page the user can:

View a report by clicking on the corresponding report icon:
. Available to public, and logged in user.
The service provider company who entered the report may request a report to be unlocked by clicking on the unlock icon
and then submitting why they need the report unlocked. The request will go to the appropriate regulator (if applicable).

Note:

If you have a service provider account and you have an unlocked report on the property you will see a

button. When you click that your page will refresh and you will be directed to the un-locked reports page. From here you can:

Edit the report:
Lock the report:
View the report:
Discard the report:
1. If you discard the report accidentally, you can return it by clicking on the company work history link at the top of the page > selecting the Discarded Reports menu item and then clicking on the return icon
