Your Export will open.  Column G is the most important column for this export.  The contracts have been pre-sorted by column F by the "Days until late".  A contract with negative days until late means that the inspection is past-due by the number of days listed on the column.

How to use this export to help you maintain a perfect report card:

When you run this export (preferably on the 1st), look at column G and go down make sure that you are scheduling work for anything that has a number less than 31.  This will ensure that you never miss an inspection.

What is the formula that makes a contract late?

  1. First, the contract must be older than 60 days (new or renewed)
  2. If it is an annually inspected system, the inspection is considered late if the inspection has not been completed and reported within 410 days from the last Start-up, Property Sale or Routine inspection
  3. If it is a semi-annually inspected system, the inspection is considered late if the inspection has not been completed and reported within 225 days from the last Start-up, Property Sale, Routine or Intermittent inspection.
