Kitsap Contract Management

There are a number of contract options that are required to be managed by contractors in Kitsap County. The following sections correspond to those requirements:

 

Entering a Maintenance Contract for the first time.

To enter a maintenance contract for the first time:

  1. Login to your OnlineRME account.

  2. Search for the property you want to add a maintenance contract for.

  3. Once you have located the property, click on the Contracts menu item:

     

  4. Select the Maintenance contract from the drop-down. Note that the contract Start, End dates, Price and Frequency are OPTIONAL and may be used by your company to run reports.

     

  5. Once you have entered all of the information you want, click on the Add/Update Contract button.

     

  6. The maintenance contract is now added to your company.

Kitsap Public Health District charges a fee for each Maintenance Contract. The Maintenance Contract will be queued up for payment, due the following month.

 

Canceling a Maintenance Contract.

To cancel an existing maintenance contract:

  1. Login to your OnlineRME account.

  2. Search for the property you want to add a maintenance contract for.

  3. Once you have located the property, click on the Contracts menu item:

     

  4. Click on the corresponding red “X” and the contract will be canceled.

     

Renewing a Maintenance Contract.

To cancel an existing maintenance contract:

  1. Login to your OnlineRME account.

  2. Search for the property you want to add a maintenance contract for.

  3. Once you have located the property, click on the Contracts menu item:

     

  4. Click on the corresponding contract “edit icon”

     

  5. Click on the Renew Contract button:

     

  6. The maintenance contract is now renewed for your company

Kitsap Public Health District charges a fee for each Maintenance Contract. The renewed Maintenance Contract will be queued up for payment, due the following month.

 

Entering a Pump Contract.

To enter a pump contract for the first time:

  1. Login to your OnlineRME account.

  2. Search for the property you want to add a pump contract for.

  3. Once you have located the property, click on the Contracts menu item:

     

  4. Select the Pump contract from the drop-down. Note that the contract Start, End dates, Price and Frequency are OPTIONAL and may be used by your company to run reports.

     

  5. Once you have entered all of the information you want, click on the Add/Update Contract button.

     

  6. The Pump contract is now added to your company.
