To submit an Existing System Evaluation Report for Onsite Wastwater Systems, a contractor may use OnlineRME to submit the report and pay the fees to the county. The following steps are how to complete the process.

  1. Complete the site visit and fill out an ESER form.

  2. Login to OnlineRME and search for the property.

If the property is not found within OnlineRME, please contact the county to have it added.

  1. Once you have identified the property, click on Submit Work > Application:

  2. Next you will be presented with a link to the application to the county:

  3. Click on the link to open the application.

  4. Complete the application, including attaching the completed ESER form.

  5. Pay the fees (fees are subject to change - picture for example purposes)

  6. Submit the application and the process has been completed.
