Fee Waiver Requests

 If your county is collecting fees for Septic Inspections, Sampling Reports or Pump Reports you can give your service industry the option to ask for a fee waiver.  If you do this when they request the fee waiver their fees due to you will not be due until you have made a decision if it is billable or not. To access the Fee Waiver Request Section, click on My Account, and then select the Fee Waiver Request Option from the menu:

You will then be directed to a fee waiver page:

Here you can:

1.   Jump to a property.

2.  Waive the Fee

3.  Deny the request

4.  View the report

5.  View Billing History
