Entering Pump Truck Dumping

The Effluent waste hauler can report the dumping of effluent at a Wastewater Treatment Facility, or Land Application Facility by following these steps:

1. Search and locate the property

   • Searching can be done by Property ID / Tax ID

   • Site Name (Single Parcel)

   • Address

1. After locating the property to report the dumping, click on "Submit Work" and then "Pump Truck Dumping (Diagram 1)

1. Next enter the Date, Select the zone that the effluent was dumped, and enter the amount dumped.

2. Finally, click on the "Submit" button. (only click this once) Diagram 2 shows the completed submittal.
   
   

After submittal the dump amount will be shown in the site work history (Diagram 2)

To view the site dumping history click on the Site Work History menu item and then click on "Pump Truck Dumping" which will show the Site Dumping History (diagram 3).
