Unlocking a report
Regulators. If you would like to unlock a report that has not been requested to be unlocked you can do so by following these instructions.
Reports that have been locked can be unlocked and edited. If you are a service provider and want to edit a locked report you will need to request an unlock. To unlock a report follow these instructions:
- Search and find the property that the locked report is on.
- Select Service History from the Menu:
- Find the report in your locked report history that you would like to unlock and click on the unlock icon :
- Enter the reason for the unlock request and click on the Submit button:
Your report unlock request has not been sent to the regulator and when they see the unlock request notification they will act on it. You will receive notification after the regulator has acted on your request.
Unlock requests are not automatic and not always granted. A regulator may deny your unlock requests.
