Deleting an Application

If you want to refund and delete an application follow these instructions:

1. Login to your account
2. Locate the application in the submissions grid
3. Click on the red  associated to the application you want to delete and refund:
   
   
   

4.  You will get a notification that the action can not be undone:
   

   WARNING

   If you click delete, all fees will be refunded (Your fees and OnlineRME, LLC's fee. The application cannot be recovered.

The customer will receive an email notification that the fees have been refunded and the application was deleted.
