Additional Billing

Your entity may choose to use the OnlineRME Additional billing section to:

  1. Bill for annual certification fees.
  2. Bill for late fees.
  3. Bill for penalty/hearing fees
  4. etc.


If you would like to utilize the Additional Billing section you must first setup an Authorize.NET merchant account and work with the OnlineRME staff to insert your Authorize.NET information so that you may collect the fees which are due to you.  OnlineRME does not collect the fees for you - we only facilitate the transaction process.  Fees entered into the Additional Billing section become instantly due with the Queue for the associated service provider and must be paid by the next payment cycle or they will become locked out of their account.


Once your account has been setup to handle additional billing, click on My Account, and then click on the Additional Billing menu link option:

On this page you may:

  1. Add new fees.
  2. Delete fees by clicking on the red Delete
  3. Edit fees and comments by clicking on the Edit icon.

We can setup automatic penalty billings for late reports based upon days between when the report was submitted and when the work was actually done.  Please contact us for more information.
